For services where a fixed cost cannot be determined at the outset, we will provide you with an accurate and detailed quote before proceeding.

We are committed to ensuring that you are never caught off guard by unexpected charges.

Any additional fees that may arise during the course of an investigation or service will be discussed and agreed upon with you beforehand.

Our goal is to build trust and confidence with our clients by maintaining open communication and delivering exceptional value without hidden costs.

Surveillance

We can carry out surveillance nationwide and only bill mileage once the operation begins.
Costs:
£75 per hour + VAT

£0.45p per mile

An additional £225 if overnight stay is required

Witness Statements

As part of our comprehensive investigation services, we can provide professionally prepared witness statements for use in court proceedings when required. These statements are carefully drafted to meet legal standards, ensuring they are clear, detailed, and admissible in court.

Our team has extensive experience in preparing accurate and objective witness statements, drawing from the evidence gathered during the investigation. Whether the case involves fraud, financial abuse, or other matters, we ensure that the statements are thorough and robust, providing strong support for your legal case.

We work closely with you and your legal representatives to ensure that the statements align with your case objectives and meet all necessary procedural requirements.

Costs: £250.00 + VAT

Evidence package

We offer the preparation of professional evidence packages tailored to meet the needs of both individuals and businesses. These packages consolidate all relevant findings from our investigations into a clear, concise, and well-organised document, ready for use in legal proceedings, internal reviews, or insurance claims.

Each evidence package is meticulously crafted, including key details such as:

Summaries of findings
Supporting documentation or records
Photographic or video evidence (where applicable)
Witness statements or interview transcripts (if required)

The size and complexity of the evidence package will depend on the nature of the investigation. Due to these variations, costs may differ significantly:

Small Evidence Package (4–6 pages): £210
Large Evidence Package (20 pages): £1,000

As a general guideline, the cost is approximately £50 per page, ensuring transparent and proportional pricing. We will always provide a clear cost estimate at the outset and discuss any adjustments if the scope of work changes during the investigation.

Remote Investigation

Our remote investigation service allows us to conduct thorough and efficient investigations from our office using advanced digital tools and research techniques. This service is ideal for cases that do not require physical site visits or in-person interviews, saving time and reducing costs while maintaining the same level of professionalism and accuracy.

We bill these investigations by the hour and will always provide the most accurate quote possible from the beginning.

Costs: £55 per hour + VAT

On Site Investigations

Our onsite investigation service involves conducting thorough inquiries at the location where suspected fraud or other issues have occurred. This approach allows us to gather first-hand evidence, assess the environment, and interact directly with key individuals. Onsite investigations can include reviewing physical records, observing workplace activities, conducting interviews, and identifying any weaknesses in security or processes that may have facilitated misconduct. By being present at the scene, we can uncover details that may not be accessible remotely, providing a comprehensive understanding of the situation and ensuring no critical evidence is overlooked.

Costs: £75 per hour + VAT

Initial Consultation

We offer an initial 30-minute consultation free of charge, providing an opportunity to discuss your concerns and determine how we can assist. During this session, we’ll assess the basics of your case, explain our services, and outline how we can help achieve your objectives. If both parties agree to proceed with the work, a follow-up consultation will be arranged.

In the follow-up session, we will delve deeper into the case, develop a tailored investigative plan, and discuss the steps involved in achieving the desired outcome. This session is charged at £55 per hour + VAT, ensuring a thorough and professional approach from the outset.
